Colleen O'Toole previously served on the 11th District Court of Appeals for 12 years, where she built her reputation as a constitutional conservative who was tough on criminals and drug dealers. Recently she has been serving as the Ashtabula County Prosecutor where she lead the effort to pay off lodge debt, eliminated court backlog, expedited cases, modernized the Prosecutor’s Office, held judges accountable for their lack of proper case management and initiated proactive best practices on victim services and evidence-based solutions.

Colleen has a deep understanding of our judicial system, having served both as a prosecuting attorney and a judge. We need judges with the experience necessary to uphold law and order.

Colleen O'Toole is a conservative. Conservatives believe in things like innovation, upgrading technology, saving money, and being efficient. She has pledged to serve as a conservative judge and will be transparent, responsive and open to communication from her constituents. Colleen is a Constitutionalist, supports our right to bear arms and will stand up for the 2nd Amendment. She is a gun owner, NRA member and certified conceal carrier. She is proud to call Northeast Ohio home and holds our conservative values true to her heart
